Where is Dr. Martin’s Weight Loss located?
The only listed practice location is 3459 Acworth Due West Rd, Suite 305, Acworth, GA 30101. Nearby communities mentioned on this site are not additional offices.
What are the practice hours?
The current repository lists Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Call (855) 686-7546 to confirm hours, holiday changes, and appointment availability before visiting.
Do I need to choose a medication before booking?
No. An appointment can begin with a discussion of your health, history, and goals. A clinician can consider options and alternatives. A prescription is not guaranteed.
Is GLP-1 treatment appropriate for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on the product’s indication, medical history, other medicines, potential risks, and a clinical evaluation. Approved products and compounded preparations are not interchangeable approval categories.
Does a B12 injection cause weight loss?
B12 care should focus on a clinical reason, such as evaluating or treating a deficiency. It should not be represented as a fat-loss treatment for someone who already has adequate B12.
How much does a consultation cost?
Initial consultation: $125, paid once. If you’ve already paid this fee through one of our affiliated clinic websites, you won’t be charged again. Contact the practice about inclusions, separate testing or treatment costs, and payment policies before booking.
Can I have an online consultation?
Yes. Telehealth consultations are available; eligibility and appointment availability are confirmed when you book. For questions before you book, call the dedicated online-consultation number, (404) 264-9553. Visit scope and any medication fulfillment arrangements are discussed with the practice.
How do I send patient paperwork?
Download the original blank PDF from Patient Forms and ask the practice for its approved submission method. This website does not submit clinical forms or store patient records.
Does the website reserve an appointment?
The Book an Appointment page links to our secure booking portal. In our secure booking portal, you sign in or create an account, verify your email, choose a time at our Acworth office or for a telehealth consultation, and pay the one-time $125 initial consultation fee if you haven’t already paid it. A visit is confirmed only when you receive confirmation. The “Need help?” form sends a message to our team; it does not reserve a time. You can also call the practice.
Can I keep working with my regular clinician?
Tell the practice who already manages your health. Weight-management decisions should consider your existing care, medicines, and relevant history. Ask how the team coordinates information with your other clinicians.
