Book an Appointment

A thoughtful first step

From a question to a clearer plan.

You don’t need to arrive with the answers. A useful first step is understanding the appointment, preparing your questions, and making room for a conversation about your health.

Step 01

Contact the practice.

Ask about current appointment availability and which clinician you would see. The initial consultation fee is $125, paid once. Choose the Acworth office or a telehealth consultation. Telehealth consultations are available; eligibility and appointment availability are confirmed when you book.

Step 02

Know what to bring.

Ask the office which forms or records it needs. Relevant history, current medicines and supplements, prior weight-management experiences, and existing test results may be useful to discuss. Use an approved clinical channel for sensitive records.

Step 03

Put the questions in context.

Describe what you want help with and what daily life looks like for you. An individual evaluation can help a clinician consider suitable options. Tests or treatments should answer a clinical question; no particular panel, prescription, or procedure is promised by this website.

Step 04

Understand the next step.

Ask about alternatives, expected monitoring, side effects where relevant, and any separate costs. Confirm how follow-up is arranged and who to contact if questions arise. A referral or more information may be more appropriate than starting a treatment.

Useful questions to bring

  • What would this evaluation help us understand?
  • Which options fit my medical history and routine?
  • What can I try without medication?
  • How will we discuss progress and follow-up?
  • What is included, and what costs extra?

This is a preparation guide. The practice must confirm the actual visit duration, inclusions, staffing, and follow-up arrangements.
