Website information
Privacy Policy
This notice describes how this website handles contact messages, booking links, visit statistics, and website content.
Contact and “Need help?” forms
If you use a contact form or the “Need help?” form, it sends your name, email address, phone number when provided, and message to the clinic’s secure system so a member of our team can follow up. Please don’t include medical details or other personal health information in your message. The form is not monitored for emergencies.
Secure booking
Online booking leads to the clinic’s secure booking portal, which is a separate website. The link identifies an initial weight-loss consultation by telehealth and this website as the source; it carries no personal details. For monthly Acworth in-person dates, contact the clinic. Information you enter in the portal is handled by the clinic’s booking system under the portal’s own terms and privacy information, not by this website.
Website content and clinical records
The website’s article library stores articles and publishing records. It is not a patient-records system. This website does not collect completed patient forms, medical histories, clinical images, payment-card information, or appointment reservations. Booking, and any payment it requires, takes place in the clinic’s secure booking portal.
Technical requests
Your browser requests pages, locally served images, and fonts from the website server. The website host may process network details such as IP addresses and request logs. No session replay is included on this website.
Google Analytics
On our public website, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, and website use. Your browser sends usage, device, and technical information to Google; Google Analytics may use cookies. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or other contact-form contents in our analytics events. The secure patient portal is a separate website. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visit statistics
This website keeps first-party, aggregate visit statistics: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (such as the referring website’s domain or campaign tags in the link), clicks on booking links, and whether the “Need help?” form was opened, sent, or could not be sent. A random identifier stored in your browser lets visits be counted; it is not a cookie and is not linked to your name or contact details. Form contents are never included. There is no session replay. These first-party statistics are not recorded when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and page performance. Your browser sends usage and performance information to Cloudflare. This service does not use analytics cookies or record the contents of our contact forms. Learn more in Cloudflare’s Web Analytics information.
External destinations
Directions, citations, email links, and booking links lead to other services. Their own policies apply when you open them. Do not place health details into a map query or a general email message.
